Executive Education course – 170 hours of training

OVERVIEW

Programme Directors: Prof. Angelo Miglietta – Avv. Gabriele Fava

The goal of this Executive Education course in Communication, Litigation & Human Resources is to develop a complete and up-to-date skill set in the field of human resources.

This is a part-time programme consisting of 170 hours of training. Courses begin in February 2018 and will be held on Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Professionals with a high school diploma or university degree and proven experience, HR Generalists and Specialists, Corporate Communications Specialists. Holders of a Law degree, university graduates with two or three years of experience.

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

The programme will be divided into the following Learning Modules:

  • Business Strategy and Organization;
  • Training and Development;
  • Labour Law, Trade Union Relations and Corporate Governance;
  • Budgeting and Economics;
  • Organizational Communication and Social Networking.

At the conclusion of the programme students will receive a certificate of attendance issued by IULM University.

WHY SHOULD I ATTEND?

Thanks to the skills learned in this programme, professionals will be able to both consolidate their position and advance in their careers as they take on more responsibility. By the end of the programme, participants will have acquired specific professional knowledge and developed a global vision of their role, putting them in a position to effectively combine “hard” and “soft” human resource management models.
