Catering

A range of services designed to offer students practical, quality catering and able to reconcile the needs of study and classroom lessons.

NOTICE

Only for the canteen service, starting on Sept. 18, 2023, a new APP "Fresh & Food" will be available by scanning the appropriate QR Code, from which it will be possible to access various features, such as table reservation, take-away and more.

From Monday 13 November 2023, from 5pm to 6pm, the Compass Group's initiative against food waste will start at the central IULM Café.

The self-service leftovers will be individually packaged with dedicated packaging and, on each package, a sta,mp with 3 different price bands will be applied:

  • Stamp 1€ for side dishes/slice of cake/fruit salad
  • Stamp 2€ for first courses/sandwiches
  • Stamp 3€ for main courses/salads


Restaurant

Located inside the IULM 3 building, on floor 0, the Foodie canteen is spread over two floors and is managed by Compass Group. Payment can be made by cash, credit cards, debit cards and meal vouchers.

Within the two floors of the restaurant will be served as many as 3 types of menu are served:

  • Full meal menu €6.60: first course, main course, side dish, bread, fruit, free beverage
  • First course menu  €5.60: first course, side dish, bread, fruit, free beverage
  • Main course menu €6.10: main course, side dish, bread, fruit, free beverage.
  • Poke menu €6.40: poke salad, bread, fruit, free beverage
  • Salad menu €6.40: salad, bread, fruit, free beverage
  • Kebab/chicken menu €6.10: kebab or 1/2 chicken, side dish, bread, fruit, free beverage
  • Spit-roasted chicken menu €6.60: 1/4 chicken, main course, bread, fruit, free beverage
  • Grill menu €6.60: grill main course, side dish, bread, free beverage
  • Hot Dog Menu €6,10: hot dog,  french fries, salad, free beverage
  • Veggie menu €6.60: Veg hamburger, french fries, salad, free beverage

Opening hours: Monday-Friday, from 12 to 3.30 p.m.

IULM CAFè

IULM CAFè, on the ground floor of the IULM 1 main building, offers a wide range of culinary options for lunch: sandwiches and salads. You can enjoy them on site or, thanks to the "take-away" formula, wherever you want. In addition to salads and sandwiches, there is also a pizzeria area. You can make the payment quickly and easily thanks to the automatic paypoint.

IULM Food Academy

Spreading the culture of food wellness is the challenge that IULM Food Academy has set itself since its birth in 2018.
Under the scientific direction of Prof. Nicola Sorrentino, expert in nutrition and dietetics, IULM Food Academy has redesigned the former Smart Bar innovating the gastronomic proposal of IULM University and investing resources and energy in the search for a recipe of harmony between taste and health.

It is the place of balanced food, designed to promote the idea of a correct and quality diet.
The proposals offered range from breakfast to snacks, to lunch itself, always in line with the food philosophy of IULM Food Academy.

Caffè Letterario

Located on the ground floor of the IULM Residence, this is a cafeteria where you can relax, share projects, exchange ideas and study. It is the ideal place to enjoy a good breakfast, but also a quick lunch between lessons. The restaurant also has shelves with a wide selection of books for consultation.

A new catering space located in IULM Open Space (Floor 0) where students can enjoy their packed lunch brought from home.
