Entry Requirements, Fees And Applying

Applications for admission can only be submitted after the following steps have been taken:

  • The student must register on our website (http://servizionline.iulm.it/) and fill in the application in its entirety. Once the application has been successfully completed, the system will generate a document that acts as a “declaration in lieu of certification” regarding the student’s academic career.
  • The bank must confirm that the pre-enrolment fee has been paid using the appropriate MAV payment slip, which will be generated by the system at the end of the pre-enrolment process.
  • The candidate will have to send in the following documentation:
    • declaration in lieu of certification (this document allows the candidate to self-certify his or her degree as well as the courses that were completed as part of that degree programme. It can be printed through IULM’s online services once the pre-enrolment form has been filled in. In the event that the candidate has not yet obtained a degree, it is possible to self-certify one’s enrolment in a diploma or degree programme as well as the courses that have been completed or remain to be completed)
    • photocopy of identity card
    • photocopy of Italian tax code (codice fiscale)
    • photocopy of payment of pre-enrolment fee
    • CV in English
    • optional: international language certificate that attests to the candidate’s good knowledge of the English language (IELTS or TOEFL)

The documents must be sent via registered mail with return receipt to the following address: Università IULM - Segreteria Studenti - Sezione Master Universitari - Via Carlo Bo, 1 - 20143 Milano.

Deadline for application submissions: 27 November 2017.

Tuition cost EU students: €9,500 pre-enrolment fee € 100 (deducted from first instalment); 1st instalment* €3,250 due at enrolment; 2nd instalment €3,250 by March 20th, 2018; 3rd instalment** €3,000 by May 20th, 2018.
Tuition cost non-EU students: €11,400 pre-enrolment fee € 100 (deducted from first instalment); 1st instalment* €4,000 due at enrolment; 2nd instalment €4,000 by March 20th, 2018; 3rd instalment** €3,400 by May 20th, 2018.
The pre-enrolment fee will be deducted from the first instalment of your tuition fees if your enrolment is confirmed. If you withdraw your enrolment or do not pass the selection process, this sum will not be refunded.

SELECTION

Admission to this masters degree program is dependent upon a selection interview, during which the candidate’s motivation and abilities will be assessed.

The selection interview is aimed at evaluating each candidate’s personal abilities, capacity to work in a team and active communication skills. Furthermore, the candidate’s motivation and work capacity will also be evaluated.

Please note: applications for admission can also be accepted for conditional enrolment if a student declares that he or she will obtain a degree by the March 2018 exam session.

* an electronically paid revenue stamp equal to €16.00 must be added to the 1st instalment.
** an electronically paid revenue stamp equal to €16.00 must be added to the 3rd instalment for the issuance of the diploma. (authorization of Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance – Internal Revenue Department – Regional Revenue Office for Lombardy – Milan branch – Third Division – Prot. N. 3/9467/99 del 2/11/99).

If you are a IULM student, insert your username and password to access your personal page; enter the ‘Registrar’s office’ section and select ‘Pre-enrolment’.
If you are student from another university, complete the registration and access your personal page; enter the ‘Registrar’s office’ section and then select ‘Pre-enrolment’.
